ABOUT THE DAUGHTER OF RODOLFO HERNÁNDEZ

After making the apropiate inquiries, we inform the nation that we have never retained Juliana Hernández Olivero, adopted daughter of Rodolfo Hernández, who according to him disappeared in 2004 in the region of Ocaña, Norte de Santander.

None of our structures in the region have direct or indirect responsibility in this case, it is not true that she disappeared or died by the action of the ELN. We never had any contact with Rodolfo Hernandez asking for ransom money because his daugther was not with us, nor did we have any information about it.

We cannot rule out that some gang in collussion with intelligence agencies, thing that has happened oftenly, might have approached Rodolfo Hernández using the name of the ELN asking for ransom money.
